At Jothrah, we carefully prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible, using trusted delivery services across Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Coverage

We ship throughout Saudi Arabia using:

• ARAMEX: Home delivery to the customer's address.
• RedBox: Collection from available RedBox pickup points and parcel lockers.

Available shipping options depend on the customer's location and are displayed at checkout. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier on the same business day or the next business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM Saudi Arabia time begin processing on the next business day.
• Friday is a non-processing day. Orders are not prepared or handed over to shipping carriers on Fridays.
• Order processing resumes on Saturday.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Estimated transit time after carrier handover: 1–5 business days.
• Estimated total processing and delivery time: 1–6 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, public holidays, and carrier operations.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• RedBox shipments must be collected from the designated pickup point.
